Warranty
AquaTech offers a 6-month warranty on material and workmanship of all Sport Housing, Lens Port and Accessory, Sport Shield, and Field Jacket products. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase from a recognized AquaTech dealer is required with all warranty claims. AquaTech will assess all warranty claims and when validated, the AquaTech products in question will be repaired or replaced by AquaTech. The dealers / distributors of our products are not responsible for any warranty claims and all inquiries relating to a claim must be directed to AquaTech.
AquaTech or its dealers will assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to any camera equipment used with or around our products under any circumstances. AquaTech also will not assume any responsibility for injuries sustained while using our products. Furthermore, AquaTech assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any loss of income or any costs incurred by users of our products for any reason.
